I'm sorry you are battling the TOM food cravings. I am in the same boat right now. Its not just cravings but severe moodiness.
Boy it has not been this bad since I was 12!
Any suggestions besides locking myself in my room for the next 10 days? :lol I don't think my husband would go for that.
On the good side. I had a 2.4 loss this week. Yippy! This means my two week of gains have stopped and I'm actually at my lowest weight.
I was a good girl and went to the gym again tonight and did 20 minutes on the FreeRunner. I actually did better than last night.
I decided to not do weights tonight and do cardio/upper body weights tomorrow. It will be interesting to see if my weightloss increases now that I am going to do cardio each time I'm at the gym instead of every other time.
