Hi Everyone,

I have a simple tip that I use to keep in shape, and I wanted to share it with all of you. Perhaps it could help you like it has helped me.

I have a picture in my mind, and a weight written on paper of where I wish to be. I then schedule time to exercise. When I am feeling a little unmotivated, I remind myself of what I want to look like, and I look at my weight goal. Just seeing and thinking about where I am going to be helps to motivate me.

Even when I want to just stop and take a nap, I can keep going because I know where I want to be, and I know I'll get there in time.

Writing down my goal, and picturing it in my head really helped. Maybe it can help you.

Good luck!

I just picture in my mind what I want to achieve and how I will do it to get there. Like using the FreeRunner. When its going tough and I'm having a hard time, I just picture I could I will feel when I complete my workout. Nothing fancy.
