Good Morning Ladies,

Okay I have the article and I'm getting ready to scan it. Do you all have Adobe Acrobat Reader? I hope so because that is how this scanner works. Let me know. Good job on the workout Angel! I'm jealous. Okay I'm going to get to work. Please let me know as soon as you can.

Hi Angel,
I hope this one worked! I might have pressed the wrong number or something. I'll let you know if I get the same message again. Oops I just go the same message and it's undeliverable again. If you want to give me your work address you can PM here and then not everyone will see your work address. That way I can access it while I'm at work through this board and I'll try that address. Sorry for the problem. I know my network here has a problem with AOL addresses sometimes so that might be what's going on. Let me know. I'll check back.

I'm glad you got it Bev. I hope Angel got her's too! I know the pictures came out kind of dark but it looks like it's easy to read. If you need anything else done over let me know. After you read it tell me what you think. It was a good article (at least I thought so). It basically says exactly what the book says. Have a nice evening!

Default Hey All!!!!

Well what has everybody been up to?

WWGAL - Have you started the program yet?

Rose - I received the Sparks article and am incorporating it into my program.

I have been slack for a few days and resolve to get back on my training and eating right again. I have been doing Weight Watchers for my eating, but it is not really clicking for me I think. I am on Week six now and I am not real good about counting points and all that jazz. Not WW's fault, but my own. Was Looking at Cyberdiet and ediets last night some but I dont think so either.

My problem is that I know all things I am supposed to do, all the things I should and shouldn't do ( I have read everything under the sun) yet nothing seems to connect with me. To turn the switch to on. I am desperate to find that light switch. I always start real good and then the bulb burns out and I go back to normal. I realize that this is not temporary. I have to make it my life.

So I am going to start fresh today. I sat up late last night creating a form that would fit into my day planner. (one of my problems is too much stuff to keep up with).
I am commiting to 90 Days Like the Power 90 Program recommends and hopefully I can break the switch to the on position.

I have a dance recital that I am in on June 15th. (got talked into it). It should actually be fun. We are doing ballet to a rock piece. "Simply Irrestible"... you know the song from the 80's (she's so fine there's no telling where the money went). Well I do a 45 second solo. I would like to not look like the hippo in Walt Disney's Fantasia.

So My first goal is 6 weeks away. That is almost the halfway point.

So Boot Camp Starts Today. Wish Me Luck.

Hi Ladies.

I was so glad to see your thread about Power 90. I just purchased it the other day and am anxiously awaiting to receive it. I was glad to read that you didn't need to purchase the supplements since I thought they were a little pricey.

Anyway, good luck to you and I'll be checking in to see your progress.

Please keep us informed about your process. I am so glad to see some other people doing
power 90 i was afraid i would be doing this alone. I am with you i also thing they
supplements are pricey. I was thinking that if i start losing with power 90 and i hit a platau(sp)
than maybe i will buy them. BUt right now i am trying not to push it with power 90 because
I hurt my knee.

well i will talk to everyone later

Hi Everyone!

I've been so busy at work I've had no time to post. I'm sorry I haven't been around much!

Hey we should start a new thread this one is getting really long. How about doing a Power 90 thread #2? Just a thought.

Bev-I'm glad you got the article. It is interesting isn't it? I think it's a good program though. Since you are the one that started this thread why don't you start a number 2 on this. It's really long! So how have you been doing with the power 90 and Spark? Let me know if it's working for you.

Angel-I know what you mean about eating plans. I was on the Larry North Slimdown plan and found it hard to stick to just because I'm not good with that kind of formulated eating! I think the key is to just exercise more, build muscle to burn calories and try to watch what we eat. I am reading this book called "And the Fat Came Back" and it makes allot of sense. I bought if at half.com for $5.00. It's a good book and very logical. How is boot camp going? I'm considering buying Power 90 and starting myself. Let me know if you can use Spark with it!

CBC-I'm glad you've decided to join us. I am not doing power 90 at the moment but I'm thinking about getting it. It looks like a great program. I hope you will be able to post your results here too. If I could look half as good in 90 days as the people on the infomercial I will definitely buy it.

Okay I need to get off of here for a minute. I'll be back later this weekend. Keep up the great workouts everyone. You are all doing great!
