Good Morning Gang!
I'm draggin this morning because I was up late with teenagers and then did not get up early this morning and get any exercise.
So it looks like my total for June will be 44 miles, which is good because I set my goal at 40 miles.
I think for July I am gonna keep my goal at 40 miles for the month, with an added goal of strength training 2 or 3 times a week also. Will just have to see how it goes.
Michelle, was wondering.....are you gonna start another WATP thread for July? I mean if you'd rather not, I'm sure we could just post our WATP miles on the walking thread - whatever is easiest for you. Just a thought.
hope somebody is getting some exercise today.
