Wow! everybody is doing great! glad to see so many posts!
Even tho I got to bed late last night, I drug my tired behind out of bed this morning and did a 30 minute WATP 2 mile tape with weights. I don't feel quite so tired now.
I did 5 miles today a 2 mile a one mile then another 2 mile 14 miles for the month already. I also did 20 minutes with the resistance bands. Keep up the good work everyone!!
Hi ladies! I hope you don't mind if I join in. I hadn't investigated the exercise forum before, and I'm impressed!!
I'm trying to get rid of a heel spur, so I'm going to aim for a moderate 1 mile a day right now. Hopefully the pain won't be too bad, and I can do more.
Cathy - I took today off from walking today too but believe me girl I got a good workout in, I cleaned hotel rooms for my work today and I was sweating up a storm I cleaned rooms for 6 hours and I counted 1.5 hrs of it toward my exercise for the day.
Ellis - Way to go!! I would even go so far to count your soccer as 2.5 miles because the people who do equator trek count every 20 minutes of exercise as a mile!! Keep it up!!
