I hate injuries.

I'm allowed to run again, but it's still a bit painful. And I'm not acclimated to the humidity, so I have only been getting in really short distances. Boo! I'm finally seeing some pace increases though.

I'm going to take it easy and try to keep this new pace and build up speed. I just need to be up to 5-6 mile long runs by August, when marathon training starts.
I did the Color Run with friends this weekend. It was so much fun.
