I am drinking quite a bit of water, but maybe I need more...

I also try and keep away from salt as I am pretty sensitive to it... I will up the water intake though and see if it helps

KY, good job getting moving today! I also didnt meet my goal today... I got in 2 miles, but wanted to do 5. I was just a bit blah today...

Back to work in the morning and school starts tomorrow too... I will walk at lunch for sure and am going to attempt to run the stairs in my building on breaks... I say run, but I am sure it will be - heave-ho - as I always take the stairs in the parking garage and its only 4 flights and I am winded by the time I meet the top...

Good job Lily.

I had a good day yesterday, just over a mile walking and 8 on the bike. Plus some weights.

Today 1 mile treadmill, .5 mile Elliptical and 5 miles on bike, plus upper body weights.
We may go walk around one of our malls tonite too. The only known wild wolverine in MI died and they stuffed it, there is an exhibit there. The kids may like it.

WOW, So sorry for missing 2 days! I suck!

I did walk 2 miles yesterday, but the day before that I was dealing with a plugged toilet issue and it took all I had!

I am at work now, just about done with my 10 hrs... I'm exhausted, but will walk after I get home. I LOVE having Wednesdays off, but it is hard being here by 5am... its taking a bit of getting use to!

KY, How are you doing? Any walking today?

Jenny, Orlando... that sounds devine!!!

Where is Barb? Hope you are doing well hon!

Alright, best finish up here so I can head home. Again, I am sorry for having gone missing

Well...I had a bad day yesterday so I didn't walk. I have already walked today one mile...and I am running around my house doing chores now! Thanks for keeping me motivated!

Well my little one came home from school vomiting. She vomited every hour last night for 5 hours. She's just tired and resting today.

So...I did get my exercise in for today--i took a bike ride...it's the first time that I have gone bike riding in like 11 years...and I can tell. But it was so worth it. Looking forward to the next one!

Its been a bad day today at work..and I didn't want to walk...however...I told myself you NEED to walk. It's good for you. So I did get a mile walk in today!
