I also try and keep away from salt as I am pretty sensitive to it... I will up the water intake though and see if it helps

KY, good job getting moving today! I also didnt meet my goal today... I got in 2 miles, but wanted to do 5. I was just a bit blah today...
Back to work in the morning and school starts tomorrow too... I will walk at lunch for sure and am going to attempt to run the stairs in my building on breaks... I say run, but I am sure it will be - heave-ho - as I always take the stairs in the parking garage and its only 4 flights and I am winded by the time I meet the top...
