Just back from the double express class and really, that is the max I can do right now. But, I'm excited to see that I can do the propulsion with step now. I do the low version still for burpees and mountain climbers, but I'll get there... I just hate those!

Thanks everyone. That was the encouragement and motivation that I needed to do another 30 minutes on last night.
Total for the last few days = 90 minutes |
435 + 75 + 30 + 45 = 585
115 minutes to go this week, hope to make it! Yesterday I did 75 minutes of fast walking (when I'd normally get the bus, so a double bonus!) Today, I did 30 minutes swimming and a 45 minute spinning class, which was HARD! |

This morning I did 20 mins on the elliptical, 15 min abs and 60 mins mixed aerobics class. Total - 640 minutes.
Summary Elliptical - 136 mins Power Aerobics - 180 mins Mixed Aerobics - 180 mins Stairmaster - 40 mins Abs - 32 mins Weights - 72 mins Total - 640 mins |
990+110 minutes= 1100 minutes!!!
Oh Boy... Am I tired or what??? |
Two rest days in a row :( ... but back into it today with 55 mins of cardio .....
Off to the zoo too ... Hopefully I can keep up with the pace ... |
Missed yesterday because of a scheduling problem, but got an hour in today. And will get an hour in tomorrow. I'm feeling stronger already. Guess the month off didn't take me completely back to zero.

60 minutes to go until target, bring it on! Already got an hour workout scheduled for Sunday, so hopefully I'll fit something in tomorrow and go over target, yeah! Today I did 'hydrojog' which was really good, a 45 minute class, followed by 10 minutes swimming laps in the pool |

The last 3 days I have exercised for 4 hours for a total of 21.5!

Weekends really suck... Through out the day i feel guilty for not exercising but it's just impossible to get time with everyone at home and then trying to do all the chores as well :( Will try to get up early tomm and make up for the time I think I have lost today... |
I took yesterday as a rest day, as my quads were REALLY hurting me, I tried not to move, becuase standing up and sitting down again was a real killer!
Still got an hour to go to meet this weeks target, but I've got no fears I'll do at least that today. I'll post later with my weekly final total! Keep moving everyone! |
I'll join.. I started to exercise again after taking some months off last year do to so much stress in my life..

An hour DVD video today = 700 minutes so far, and target for the week reached, yay!
OK, next week is a busy one, so I'm going to try my best to add another 400 minutes to the total and get to 1100 in total. Keep exercising everyone! |
