Yay! New people and people on a roll. Doesn't matter if you count minutes or hours. It's 150000 minutes or 250 hours. What it means is working out quite regularly and that is what really matters!

Congrats on your Bodymedia and new gym membership, KatieeJ! Me too! I successfully lost all my weight using the Bodybugg. I swear by it and I still wear mine every day.
Love the screen shot idea. I'll try and attach mine. Originally Posted by KatieeJ: |

Prism21~ What is a body bugg? .25 for me again today...my back is still spasming .... grrrr |
It's that armband they use on Biggest Loser. It's the same as the Bodymedia band (made by the same company, sold at costco.com) and it tracks your calories burned, activity level and steps. There's an online program where you track your food and your goal is to maintain a deficit so you can predict what your weight loss will be and make sure you're accountable for 1) tracking what you're eating and 2) moving. I've tried so many programs from Weight Watchers a million times, Nutrisystem, and this has been the best for me because weight loss boils down to a numbers game.

So I did 1 hour 48 minutes total yesterday! Just over 4 hours total for me so far! :)
|
Got in another hour today. It was anotherr spinning class. I was a bit worried at first, because when I sat on the seat my tushie was not happy as it was still sore from Tuesday's spinning class, but then it was ok. With that class I never know if I'm exeerting myself enough. Someone stole my heart rate watch, so I'm kind of bummed I can't keep a better watch on how I'm doing. It feels easier than step, but then who knows. I'm push myself as much as I can, but it just feels less exhausting for some reason..

Popped in Wii Biggest Looser Challenges and started it... all together about an hour of excercise and the 15 minutes walking to car and up and down stairs
|
Did some cardio on the machines .... good to see a few more join the challenge :)
|
This morning I did 22 mins on the elliptical and 1hour Mixed Aerobics Class. I have a love/hate relationship for that class. It's cardio mixed with weights. I love cardio, hate weights :). We did a lot of walking lunges, frog jumps, jump squats etc. My tushie will be sore tomorrow I am sure!
Total for today - 82 mins Total so far - 147 mins |
I'll join you because I'm already there half way! I'm at 180+ and will end the month with 900. I'm doing a 30/30 challenge with my hoop!

Good for you Daimere! But there haven't been 180 hours in 2012 yet?? :D
