700 + 120 = 820

Today I did an hour of brisk walking and an hour Pump class, which was fab and booked in for another on Sunday.

And, thanks to this challenge, I made biggest loser of the week in another challenge, all this extra working out has to have a lot to do with it :D

Got hydro dance tomorrow, a workout DVD date on Weds and Hydro aerobics on Fri lined up so far this week, loving doing all these random new and fun things!

Tuesday - Elliptical - 5 mins, Treadmill - 25 mins, Weights - 60 mins
Wednesday - Elliptical - 12 mins, Stairmaster - 5 mins, Abs - 13 mins, Power Aerobics - 60 mins

Summary
Elliptical - 153 mins
Power Aerobics - 300 mins
Mixed Aerobics - 180 mins
Stairmaster - 45 mins
Abs - 45 mins
Weights - 132 mins
Treadmill (Run/Walk) - 25 mins

Total - 880 mins

Ok, back to plan (though behind for the month). Did 1.5 hours yesterday of yoga and walking. Tonight I'm doing 1.5 hours of step and strength training.

Got an early start to the day!!! Fortunately my youngest decided to sleep longer today!!
Can be guilt-free today! It's sunny outside..may go out for a walk with kids!

After being stalled for awhile I am now starting to lose pounds and inches like crazy. I also find myself less hungry on heavy exercise days. And I'm also much more motivated to eat right after working hard in the gym.

Went out for a run... Feeling so sore.. Might rest tomorrow..
