Weekly goal: 150 minutes exercise.
November 6: 30 minutes walking (1.8 km)
November 7: 25 minutes walking
November 8: 30 minutes "Dance Central"
November 9: 45 minutes walking (2.8 km) + 30 minutes "Dance Central"
Weekly total so far: 160 minutes.

Weekly Goal: 150 minutes
November 13: 2.8 km walk (40 minutes)
November 14: Rest.
