  • I'm excited to start this! Such a great way to stay motivated on working out, I've been having some motivational issues with exercise lately. I do mainly fitness classes. I'm gonna start with today though, not the 1st!

    Here's the plan:

    November 7 - Xforce Cycling (60 min) DONE
    November 8 - Piloxing - Pilates/Boxing/Dance class (60 min) DONE
    November 9 - Gentle Yoga (90 min) Cancelled & Boxing (60 min) Done!
