Stimkovs .... it is getting closer to my summerbreak (I'm a teacher) so I will have time to investigate yoga over the holidays ... definately going to try ...

the fact that you're on the other side of the world is going to make you win the c25k route. it's winter and it's really cold here, so its getting harder and harder to run
but you should definitely consider yoga!
now, i don't know your personal/medical situation- but if you can i HIGHLY suggest you try bikram yoga. it's very hot, and you need about 4 classes (preferably within a week) for your body to get acclimatized but it takes off CRAZY inches!!
