Walked 90 minutes last night. temp was low 50's and a nice breeze and just the faintest of sprinkles.

Hey!! Hopefully we will graduate together, it's getting a little cold to run, I almost can't handle it. We were at below freezing last night.

You should also try yoga!! I really suggest it, stretching is really good for you!

Nov 2 Bootcamp 45 mins plus 2 reps of 3 arm exercises
Nov 3 Walk 90 mins
Nov 4 Walk 20 mins, 24 mins elliptical, 24 mins stationary bike

Plan to do a real bike ride today (or maybe 2 shorter ones) . Hope to total 25 miles.

7/11 C25K W2D1 - changed to 30 minutes Jog - DONE
8/11 Personal Training -DONE
9/11 C25K W2D2 - changed to REST DAY
10/11 Elliptical or other cardio 30 minutes - changed to 30 min jog - DONE

11/11 Personal Training - DONE (Weights and Intervals)
12/11 Jog (5ks)

Stimkovs .... it is getting closer to my summerbreak (I'm a teacher) so I will have time to investigate yoga over the holidays ... definately going to try ...

I always find it harder to exercise in winter I had a wee hiatus from it all then...

the fact that you're on the other side of the world is going to make you win the c25k route. it's winter and it's really cold here, so its getting harder and harder to run

but you should definitely consider yoga!

now, i don't know your personal/medical situation- but if you can i HIGHLY suggest you try bikram yoga. it's very hot, and you need about 4 classes (preferably within a week) for your body to get acclimatized but it takes off CRAZY inches!!
