Hi Everyone!!!

Has anyone here succesfully completed the C25K at a higher weight like I am?

Any tips, advice, and motivation most certainly welcome!!!

I completed C25k at a lower weight. But let me tell you something. If you start now, you won't finish at that weight either! It is a great program to help you lose weight, get into running and tone your body!

You can do it!
