I would love to work out about 10am, but with kids and work, well that never happens. I usually work out at 11pm once the kiddies are in bed and my guy is that or entertaining himself. It's my quiet time.

Evenings when it's cool enough here... I know it's supposed to be bad but it's all I can do in the summer!

I got to the gym at 9pm. It isn't as crowded. Also, if I work out in the morning I am starving all day and tend to go over my calories. If I work out at night I am able to stay on track with my calories because by the time I get home it is bedtime.

I am a preschool teacher and have 8 weeks off in the summer so I work out whenever I want but starting Monday I head back to reality...I was running on my breaks everyday but it's too dangerous in this heat so I am going to have to find the motivation to run and do my weights when I get home and the kids go to bed I guess...ick! But I will still go for a long/slow walk in the oppressive heat on my breaks so I will actually be doubling up on my movement everyday

It really depends on the day. I prefer to go running in the morning at 5:15ish before my son wakes up. But some nights he doesn't sleep great and he is up when I get up and it ruins my morning. On those days, I either do a workout video in the afternoon before making dinner. And if I don't feel like doing a workout video, which I don't alot of times, they are boring. Then I go after dinner, when the kid is in bed between 8 and 8:30. Its cooling down then but not too dark, so it works out great.

I feel best at the gym if I go around dinnertime - 5ish or 6ish, but it barely ever works out that way because of work. So I usually get there around 8pm on weekdays and because of opening times in the weekends I hit the gym at 9am on saturdays and sundays.

I hit the gym on my lunch break. (either at 11 am or 2 pm depending on the day and my workload). Even on the weekends, I tend to get up, drink my coffee and wait until 10 ish to work out.

My gym time revolves around my work schedule and the gym's class schedule. Right now I'm going at 10 or 11 AM, but once school is back in session the options are 5 AM (but then I need to go to bed around 9) or evening classes that usually start around 6:30 PM.

6-6.30PM.
since I don't have kids yet, and my dh's gym time is from 6 to 7.30, I have about 1 hour for myself . We usually end up eating dinner at 8 or 8.30 though.
Morning is working time, and i'm a nighter, so there's no way I can wake up at 5 just for running, even though I would love to, since it's not as crowded as in the afternoon (a lot of people go to the lake to do exercises/have fun, so it's very crowded in the afternoon).
