since I don't have kids yet, and my dh's gym time is from 6 to 7.30, I have about 1 hour for myself
. We usually end up eating dinner at 8 or 8.30 though.
Morning is working time, and i'm a nighter, so there's no way I can wake up at 5 just for running, even though I would love to, since it's not as crowded as in the afternoon (a lot of people go to the lake to do exercises/have fun, so it's very crowded in the afternoon).
