sigh, I have not done hardly anything since I hurt my leg in November. I haven't been motivated enough to actually go out and do my water aerobics. My leg was hurting too much to walk or really do much at all.
Over Christmas I finally put it together that the reason I have been feeling crappy and have been having more headaches is that I was eating junk and not exercising. So I started walking again. My beagle is needing walking anyway since he needs to lose weight. I walked him down to the vet yesterday which was an hour round trip. He gained 4 pounds in December so we will be doing more walking. Anyway, am only at 208 minutes of exercise for December. Am heading out in a few moments to go take the dogs on a walk. I had to laugh because yesterday when I took them on a walk, as soon as we got home they both headed for the couch and crashed for the whole afternoon! Good way to wear out active beagles! Roxanne |
