Monday (July 5) to Sunday (July 11) no real workout... I did walk at the beach a lot... but didn't keep track of it and don't really will consider that a workout.
7/14: 30 min bike 45 min weights 20 min pilates 5 min jumping rope 20 min squats, lunges, and kettlebell
7/15: 30 min stairstepper 30 min weights 1 hour walk
7/16: 35 min elliptical; 45 min weights 5 min jumping rope
7/17: 30 min bike; 30 min weights; 20 min pilates
