Exercise Accomplishments!
I know we have the mini-goals thread, but I'd love to know...what athletic things have you done lately that you NEVER thought possible?
I'll start. Today, I ran 7 miles. Seven! And more than that, the first 3.5 were sprint intervals (4mph walk for 2 min, 9mph run for 1 minute), followed by another 3.5 miles at a steady 5.5-6mph pace. SEVEN MILES, at an average pace of 5.4 mph. SEVEN!
(seriously, seven! Or, just over TWO 5ks).
What did you do that you thought was impossible?
