    Jan 14: Firm, Cardio Overdrive (46 mins) + Cathe Friedrich's Drill Max, (total body sculpt premix, 42 mins) = 88 total mins.

  • I FINALLY got to the GYM, but I had to wait 30 dang minutes on a newb before I could even get on my machine. *Sigh* Anyways, I did 30 minutes on the Elliptical Trainer and burned 402 calories.
