5.2 for me. All the track talk inspired me to do some track work. It's a 400m track so quite big.

4.75 yesterday now I'm tapering. Does any have any advice about how much to run this week?
Also does anyone know anything about bikes? I'm looking to get a road style bike. Essentially something light and fast. I don't know any brands, or what size I'd be looking for. |
Sunday -- +2.10 miles
Monday -- +2.10 miles Finally the weather is getting nice, so I can walk outside. My boyfriend lives on the other end of town, so when the weather is nice I like to walk to his house. |
+4.15 today - treadmill HIIT again. Going to get back into the intervals regularly, then work on increasing the mileage. It worked well that way last time! :)
