Your stats look fab! I feel like I am getting more firm--even though it's only been 4 workouts. My arms are less flabby and my legs are looking more firm.
I am doing a 21 DC, however, I am doing Tae-Bo 3-4/week and either walking or an aerobics tape the other 2-3 days. So, this is a long challenge, but I think it's the best way for me to stick with it.
I have been doing Tae Bo every other day. I am doing the Basic now but the kicks are getting to me !! It will probably be awhile before I can do the whole tape. I did not take measurements before I started or even now but I have noticed that I seem to be standing up straighter and I know my pants are getting to big, I bought a smaller pair. DM
