Nov 3 Aquacize class 55 minutes
Nov 4
Nov 5 Zumba class 62 minutes
Nov 6 Treadmill 22 minutes, Elilptical 15 minutes, Stationary bike 13 minutes
Nov 7
Nov 8 Walked dog 25 minutes
Nov 9 Zumba class 56 minutes, Aquacize 34 minutes
Nov 10 Aquacize class 55 minutes (Total so far 382 min.)

Tuesday - 60 min stairclimber
Wednesday - 60 min stairclimber
Today - 25 min stairclimber, 65 min very intense circuit training with my lifting and more cardio..
