Dang, have I really not posted here yet? Eeek. Must not let November get away from me.
Yesterday: 4.5 miles in about 53 minutes. Today: 45 minutes upper body (and I upped all of my weights -- working off election hysteria?) and 30 minutes HIIT on the treadmill. |

Today: 50 minutes lower body. And wow, was it tough. No idea what changed between the last workout and this one.

6 miles up and down hills...the most hill work I've done in a long time! I can sure feel it.
