Nov 10 Aquacize class 55 minutes (Total so far 382 min.)

I really wish I could count minutes for all of the MOVING and RAKING and etc. going on. It's ridiculous!

15 - a couple hours of walking while shopping
16 - 20 min walking

18 - Bike to work and back, about 50 min; about 20 min walking

45 minutes upper body weights and 20 minutes HIIT on the treadmill. There is definitely something wrong with my big toe, which makes me very upset -- I am afraid I will get totally derailed with my workouts taking it easy for a while.
