60 min on the elliptical, in 2 batches because my day was so crazy.
My partner this morning, when I was describing the scheduling of my workout today (30 min first thing on getting up, another 30 in my one break between meetings), said to me "So, do you ever just NOT work out?".
I could truthfully answer that, unless I'm sick, injured, or traveling/scheduled where exercise is really impossible, no, I really don't.

Me too.
It's become quite the habit. Eight-thirty on Saturday night, I had gone to the market in the morning, shopped at Winners for new clothes (that fit me ) and biked 5 minutes to the grocery store and back to get everything else I needed. At 8:30, I went, "Should I sit, or exercise?" I exercised. Only 20 min, the 30-day Shred video (Level 2), but it was still exercise, and I still did it. I feel weird when I don't exercise now.
17 - Bike to work and back, about 55 min, including the giant hill; 10 min running on the treadmill; 35 min at a stability ball class at the gym.
I finally got off my butt and did WATP 2-miles today, plus some ab work on my ball. Not much but it's a start considering I haven't done anything in over a week. It's hard to get motivated at home any more. I've become a GYM rat and would MUCH rather be there!
