60 min elliptical
20 min walk to store and back
15 min yoga
20 min intense strength training (I saw a workout in Shape that I just HAD to try...but it was ROUGH, I tell you!)

05 - 35 min biking, till I got a flat; about 40 min walking
06 - Bike to work and back, about 55 min, including the Giant Hill; about 15 min walking

Posting on here kept me so motivated and I don't know why I stopped but I'm back! I've gained back about 4 pounds too. Shame on me :o
No more excuses , so :mad: at myself.

07 - Bike to work, about 25 min; then left bike at work to go to a movie and get a ride home, so came home and did 10 min running, 10 min stretching/resistance, and 4000m HIIT on the rowing machine. Whew!
08 - 45 min cycling back from work to the yoga studio and then home; 90-minute yoga class

09 - 18 min on treadmill, HIIT; 4000m (about 22 min) on the rowing machine, mostly HIIT; 20 min matwork (abs, yoga, stretching). Once again I kicked my own butt.

10 - Biking to the Taste of the Danforth festival and back; and wandering around the festival for four (4!) hours...which would be good, except the Taste of the Danforth is mostly about food, and I ate funnel cake

Sunday 10 August ; 0 ( had gastro)
Monday 11 August ; 0 ( feeling tired but could a got off my butt )
Tuesday 12 August ; 60 minutes walking
Wednesday 13 August ; 60 minutes walking 10 minutes elliptical (kids.. grr lol)
Thursday 14 August ; 120 minutes swimming
Friday 15 August ; 180 minutes walking and 100 step ups
Saturday 16 August ;150 minutes swimming with the kids

Sunday 17 August ; rest day damn TOM
Monday 18 August ;26 minutes elliptical , 5 minutes rebounding, 40 minutes walking
Tuesday 19 August ; 40 minutes up hill walking pushing Leah (40 pounds lol), then 40 minutes downhill walking lol( dropped car off for a service and i happen to live on the biggest/steapest damn hill in the area. lol im very tired but i know i have to walk back to get my car later lol hence the 40 min downhill... )
Wednesday 20 August ; 90 minutes walking and then a further 60 minutes walking.. ahh the end of winter the sun is out.. and im gonna enjoy it !!
Thursday 21 August ; 120 minutes swimming ( hubby's home tonight)
Friday 22 August ; 40 minutes walking
Saturday 23 August ; 120 minutes walking

Sunday 24 August ; 45 minutes wii fit .. mainly hoola hoop.. i got 852 turns on one round yippee .. lol
Monday 25 August ; 120 minutes walking
Tuesday 26 August ; 120 minutes walking
Wednesday 27 August ; rest day
Thursday 28 August ; 120 minutes swimming..
