  • 08 - 6000m (about 35 min) on the rowing machine

  • Hopefully I am coming out of my Mental & Physical funk.

    WATP 3 miles w/weights.
  • Took yesterday off - had to travel for a death in the family and had no time. Today I did hill running w/ LB work for 60 min.
