Hi! Thank you very much! PHEW!!!!! That was fun!!!! I am all sweaty, but I do have the shakes.... I drank lots of water too and stretched! That was cool, I may just do that everyday!!!
Gonna sing now.....I Feel good nananana na!!! I knew that I would now!!! LOL!!! Ok, I'm a dork! :carrot:

First you have to move away from the computer and get off the chair... Try that and see if it works  ... Kidding of course, but it's the first idea that popped in my head when I read your post...

Today:
7k run :running:
back and biceps :strong:
30 mins swimming :swim:

I did about 10 min of resistance bands and crunches/squats. Not much, but I did finish and get the second chapter of my thesis turned in!

Welcome Diva! Feels great, doesn't it?

Shelly, I try to incorporate exercise into just a daily thing I have to do, like showering or brushing my teeth. It seems to work for me better that way. After a few weeks, I'd feel guilty for missing a session. If you have to ease yourself into it, do that! Every little bit helps.

Tuesday: 75 min yoga class, 30 min elliptical

Well, the FIL called to say he is coming a couple of day's early for a visit, so I am having to do some spring cleaning today, even though he will STILL find something to insult, as always...Such fun! ;) I don't think I'll have time to Steppercise, but I sure am working up a sweat and a heartrate cleaning! Phew! I'm poopped already! It's WAY more fun exercising than it is cleaning, LOL! Got the TOM too. Double whammy! :dizzy:
Have a great day all!
