Hi to all...I have been lurking on this site and finally found the group that I fit in with!...I have FM,OA,CFS and depression. I have gained 100+ lbs over 2 years since my dx. Due to meds and not being able to get around like I used to. Thanks for the chance to interact with others like myself..L.

Hello!!! It really sucks not being able to get around like you used to. I have MS and find that even when I'm having a walkie day I instinctively want to sit on my bum. I reckon the trick is to move as much as you can, I mean [I]really[I] can, and not how much your fatigue or whatever tells you you can. Does that make sense?

Anyhoo. Welcome! I'm new too.
