Good news, had my diabetes check up. My check up was 6.9 the best its ever been. Not only that but I get to lower my insalin even more (my sugars go low every day). Bad news is I have not lost even 15 lb. since my last viset , but I have dropped dress sizes. Rosey: I in Anchorage, It rained here too, so cold but I still did my jogging (cough, cough, sneeze) and still going tonight. IT seems to be going so slow. I've only lost 45 lb in a year and a half. But at least my dr. visit was good.

Talking

Not quite stuck under any snow banks yet, just walking through them. I about froze last night, I went on my nightly walk and am still cold from it. there might be something to walking in the cold now, I have finally made the 199 lb. mark . I was shocked to find out I had actually lost weight during thanksgiving. My blood sugars are paying a terrable price though. My docter and I are trying to change my insulin so that I don't bottem out at 40 every day so now they bounce between 300 and 40 all in one day. It makes my tummy un easy. I think it happens cuz I forget to eat a lot.

Good afternoon, thought I'd post a little as I force my self to break from the books for a few. I'm struggling to get all my papers in before the end of the semester. Everything else has fallen from my priorety list untill Next Thurs. (my last day of class). I'm a little peived though, my sugars seem to be so high, I'm not over eating, infact I don't have time to eat so my calorie intake is like 500-1000 a day so I don't quite understand why there so high. Does anyone else ever get high high blood sugars even when there not taking in carbs to elevate them?

Catch ya later vanilla_sky_ak
