Trish my plan works very well for me if I stick to it. It’s not the woe that’s bad, it’s me. No diet plan will work if I don’t stick to it. I have to quit eating when not hungry and observe a fast of at least 18 hours. When I follow those 2 rules I lose well and feel better too.
I bought ground beef today so we will probably have something with that for dinner. I made some sandwich spread that DH likes so he’s all set for today. I won’t have to eat if I don’t want to or a very small dinner. My dog won’t eat Arbys roast beef. What does that tell you?
I like it but it sure doesn’t look like roast beef.
