Missed you too lady! I am getting ready to go back to Tops this week but I have been friends with the ladies over on that board for about five years now, I dropped out of my Tops chapter awhile back and I am VERY ready to go back in
I started a menu thread over there last week to help motivate the other ladies and so far so good . If it gets too slow over there I will be right back here

I am currently doing Body For Life by Bill Phillips, ever heard of it?? Well I do cardio 3 days a week and weight training 3 days, I really like it so far and have not been wanting bad foods AT ALL, I feel really good!! I got the book from my Hubby on my 30th

Birthday and he said he would start it with me if I would do the footwork...so I did. Today he bought a recumbant bike for us and we plan to turn our familyroom into a workout room in spring so I am very excited about that
