    Today was the first day that I did not have any diet coke, no aspartame and no splenda in anything. Have been doing some reading and finding that those things are really bad for your thyroid and I'm gonna try to get them out of my system and see how it goes ???

    it sure keeps me in check. I cannot tell you how many times I think about eating something and then I say "no, I'll have to look up the calories, write it down and then journal it at 3fatchicks for all to see" LOL

    (this has been the craziest week - I know I'm not eating healthy, but still keeping an eye on them calories)

  • Hey guys !!! Man its good to have a few minutes to post
    Guys I have rearanged and painted 2 rooms in the last 2 weeks, painted the house and cleaned up the yard ....and ladies.....I am wore flat out!!!! I have the living room and bathroom to paint this next week so please know I am missing you all and I WILL BE BACK as Arnold would say
