1 c honeynut cheerios - 110 1/2 c 2% milk - 60 2 coffee - 100 small salad & dressing - 200 light yogurt - 90 guesadillas - 300 Water: 104 oz Total calories: 860 Today was the first day that I did not have any diet coke, no aspartame and no splenda in anything. Have been doing some reading and finding that those things are really bad for your thyroid and I'm gonna try to get them out of my system and see how it goes ??? |

Hey guys !!! Man its good to have a few minutes to post :dizzy:
Guys I have rearanged and painted 2 rooms in the last 2 weeks, painted the house and cleaned up the yard ....and ladies.....I am wore flat out!!!! I have the living room and bathroom to paint this next week so please know I am missing you all and I WILL BE BACK as Arnold would say :lol: Breakfast- 1 yogurt 1 pt 1 tsp olive oil 2 pts Lunch- 1 chicken breast 4 pts 1/8 cup rice 2 pts snack- 3 pieces of a caramel candy bar 3 pts and I will spend the other 10 points on pizza or homeade tacos ;) No flex points left this week!!!! :eek: |
