Hi everyone!

Been a good week.....working some, doing some house stuff and getting back to the swing of things......I am 'helping mom' at kindergarten today and then a set of twin boys are coming home with us for lunch and a playdate with dd 5.......I am PMSing and I think hubby was happy to go to work.....I was dogging on him about the condition of things around the house......gargage, basement, vehicles etc.....no one ever takes on the unpleasant tasks and it really gets to me......I get so tired of feeling like I have to spend all my days off cleaning and sorting and decluttering.........just the kind of day I am having.....this too shall pass.

I good friend is coming for a sleepover from a city about 6 hours from here......so that will be nice..........I am looking forward to that.

Good Afternoon! Wonder where the rest of the gang is at today?

I will be so glad to get thru with end of the year stuff around here! Hopefully I'll have more time to play in here! LOL

Don't mean to nag but anybody want to join me on the daily food log? I really finds it helps me with everything that I am doing. I had gained 2 lbs over the holiday and my scale was up to 205. Last week I had lost the 2 lbs and it was down to 203. This morning my scale said 202 (3 lbs down since Christmas and a total of 6 lbs down from my highest weight) and I could have jumped for joy. Now I never thought the day would come that I would be GLAD to see 202 on my scale, but it gives me hope that I may eventually be able to get the numbers on that dang thing to slowly, even ever so slowly, creep down!

I have been really good....trying to eat really healthy, with just good carbs early in the day, trying to eat all my fruits and veggies, small grilled protein portions, drinking my water water water and exercising as much as possible. How is everybody else doing???

Well I need to finish some paperwork so I can get out of her this afternoon, but I will check back later.

Hello Ladies...I noticed that WW is having a special.So next week I am going to start attending meetings.I am hoping this will help keep me motivated.
I did lose a pound though. YAY ME!!!

Thanks for the welcome back guys....I am feeling good today and am beginnning to work slowly thru some issues that have haunted me for years. It's hard to believe sometimes that something that happened 30 years ago in childhood can have such a profound effect on your life. The mind is an amazing thing!

I have decide to focus on myself and getting better and leave the scales alone for the moment so I won't be weighing in. My next thing is to find a good counsellor and begin unravelling the confusion in my head.

Hope you all have a good day..it's Saturday a.m here and the school holidays (Our Summer)so we are planning a family trip somewhere for the morning since my husband isn't woking today.

Liz, I hear you about having to do so much around the house, my dh helps alot but it seems like there's just to much for one person even if its split in half (which its not lolol). Enjoy your friend.

I'm staying in this weekend, its dangerously cold out... enuf said!
