Hi again

It is a real nice day here....but chilly. DH & I went to walk at the Mutiplex this morning....then ran some errands....the day seems to go by so quickly....& I haven't accomplished much at home today.

Kemp.....I hope you are feeling better soon.

Leenie.....You said you feel the depression is coming back.....you mentioned before that it is seasonal....I have mentioned the light box before....it really does work.
I went through 22 years of being depressed...lots of it was being irritable & cranky..... eventually in a real depression the last 2 winters....the thing that has turned everything around is the light box....my DH is amazed at the difference in me.....my kids had most of their growing up years with a mother who was depressed....especially in the fall & winter....it does affect them.
I know that a light box is expensive.....but it did help me....it was really worth every penny it cost.

Joanne....I hope you are okay now.

Liz.....B.C.....has had a lot of rain lately.....but we didn't have flooding....like the southern part of British Columbia

I like that chart much better then the ones I have come across.
It says I should be 153, which is much more reasonable I think.
