I hope Jennifer had a great time at the Christmas party.

Very good responsibility for wanting to take good care of your lovely self!

thanks for the high five about the mushrooms maybe they will sell, maybe not . At least i can't beat myself up for not trying.

gotta get ready for work, bleh HELLO to everyone else, please say Hi
Holly,
I still don't have any money for a car payment. I don't know what to do.

The contractor's estimate was actually pretty good. The estimate is $27,000 and I have $38,000 in coverage. I am happy and relieved but I am not counting my chickens. Something can always come up, hopefully, nothing will.

Much love to you, Holly.

Lisa YAY for having more coverage than the estimate! but you are right, sometimes the unexpected will happen and there goes the extra..so we will also hope nothing comes up to mess with the renovation.

You should not feel badly about your sister not being able to afford the house, it sounds like you were trying to give her all opportunity. You come first! When you are able to sell, yes you should get as much as you can from the buyer. I hope your sister doesn't try to guilt you about anything .

I hope so much that the car payment can be resolved!! Much love to YOU, Lisa

oh and I meant to comment on your seasonal avatar, so pretty!!

and Hi to everyone else

I was shoveling my "Spite Path" - that's the path in the yard that I am shoveling and keeping clear that runs directly to the crappy neighbor's property..I make the path end about one friggin inch from the boundary line, and it's obvious that it's a path we use just to walk up and stare at their monstrosity

The mother of the owner came up on their side of the property as I was shoveling, and calls out cheerily "Good Morning" to me...I stopped shoveling, straightened up, stared at her, and resumed shoveling Sorry, I don't talk to criminals! If they dare to ask about my weird path, I will say "Someone has to keep an eye on your illegal building" or maybe "this is where we're planning to put the kennel for the rescue Rottweilers and pitbulls in the Spring"

Hey ladies,

I am not feeling very well today. When I turn the furnace down, I get cold. When I turn it up a couple notches, I get too hot. my head hurts too.

I am also worried about my car payment. I am also worried about my memory difficulties. I called the neurologist on Friday to see if I could get put on the cancellation list. I don't have an appt until Feb. It may end up being nothing but I am scared anyway.

Jennifer is coming home tonight so hopefully, I won't be alone much longer.

Sorry, I'm not in a better mood.

Jennifer bought Elvira a Christmas present. Here she is modeling it.

Thank you, Holly. Jennifer and her girlfriend are here now, so I'm not alone anymore. I feel a bit better. I've missed some of my meds in the past couple of days, I'm sure that has something to do with my bad mood.

They've been filling me in on Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. I'd like to see it. I won't spoil the movie for you, they gave me details.

Elvira needs an XXL sweater, this ones snug on her.

I hope you all have a great Saturday night.

Hi ladies,

I'm back again. I need to vent. The only thing I can think about today are my memory difficulties. I am trying to think of ways I have to describe what things I am having trouble with.
I'll think of a thought, another thought comes in and then when that thought dissipates, I cannot remember the original thought. I cannot think of words to use, right in the middle of a sentence I'll blank out. I'm scared. What if it's something serious? I do these actions several times a day, like 5 or 6 times.
They've just got to get me in. My moods are so low.

Having the pets here to talk to. Having Jennifer here helps too.

I am watching CSI: Miami and football today. I picked the Christmas tree up, the cats knocked it down. I need to do laundry and clean up the kitchen.

That's about it from here. I feel a little better after venting on here.

Where is everyone? Come join me.

Hi Holly and JeikaBeth, hi everyone,

I go tomorrow for an appt to my neurologist. It's at 3:20 pm. I know I won't get any answers tomorrow but I am hoping I can get her to understand what is going on with me.

I'll post again, soon.

Holly - your spite path made me laugh! I hope you will be able to find your neighbours bearable over time. Our bunnies are a little better now - basically one rabbit got gut blockage, the other rabbit took offence to the smell of medicine, and they had a big fall out. We have had to reintroduce them quite slowly...

Lisa - I hope your neurologist can give you some answers! Could it be a side-effects of medicine? I'm so pleased your check is covering the renovations with change! Hopefully there will be no surprises!

Hi everyone

So I struggle with anxiety and sensory issues. I have since I can remember, and am on medication for this.

I am starting to get nervous about the holidays.

Christmas eve day, we go to see her family in Louisiana. Her family is HUGE (something I never had) and the whole experience can be quite overwhelming. While I enjoy seeing everyone, I have a challenging time too

Other than that, all is ok. I'm at work today, despite still feeling a bit under the weather.

Hi friends!

Coop - good to hear from you! oh gosh a gut blockage sounds serious..and bad bunny for creating a row with his mate! I don't know rabbits at all, to me they seem so innocent and not capable of creating a fall out! I guess I don't know rabbits too well I hope the ill bunny recovers completely .

and yeah my spite path it has snowed again since then, and crusted over, so too difficult for me to break it open again. I am a little ashamed to say that I was pretty rude to the foreman last week, he was at the general store getting a sandwich and I was checking my mail, he tried to say Hi to me and I pretty much shut him down. Well...anyone would have to agree that I would have a problem with this monstrosity SO close to us. And he is the one who is veritably responsible for hammering a thousand nails into my soul. Boy that was corny but you know. There is now a half wrap-around porch being constructed that slightly eases the abrupt sheer vertical image of the structure, it helps a little with the visual assault but they are still too close to us. Yes In time I will get not as mean about it

JesikaBeth - glad you feel a little better though it sux to be at work when sick. Are your partner's family members nice to you? I hope so, though the huge family can certainly be overwhelming.

Lisa, we are thinking of you and your appt today!!

have I told you of my meringue mushroom success? so far I've sold $180 worth! my empire grows (rubbing hands) LOL

Hi to Kathleen!! and Monica, we know this time of year is sucky for you
