Good morning ladies,
The second week of the challenge had passed, and all in all I'm 10 lbs down after these two weeks. I started South Beach two weeks ago, so I'm on track so far. Yesterday I cheated, I ate some fudge...

But I'm still at 247 this morning, which is good.
From now on I'm supposed to continue to lose ~2 lbs a week. If I do that, I'm on track for the challenge.
You've been great, I read your posts every day and you are a great support and motivators...

P.S. Couple a things about me, I'm 35, married, no kids, going to school for my bachelor degree, double major in human development and psychology. I will graduate in december....
