My muscle mass is messing aroung with my weight so much. My waist is like 3 cm thinner but my weight continues to increase, weird how the body works.

01/09: 90.5 kg (199.51lbs)
11/09: 88.7 kg (195.55lbs)
18/09: 88.3 kg (194.66lbs)
25/09: 90.0 kg (198.41lbs)


September goal: -3 kg (6.6lbs)

I quit weighing due to colonoscopy prep, but I'm going to declare that I met my weight loss goal, since I got down there a couple of times. MrBadger got to the goal for the month, too. How did everyone else do?

Carol10591: -10 lbs

target: 14st 7lb / 203lb
target loss: 2.5lb

month end: 14st 5.25lb / 201.25lb
month loss: 4.25lb

the end of month reckoning - I hit my target plus a bit more, so I'm pretty happy.
