  • Hi Joy. November was not a successful month for me. December will be hard too with vacation & the holidays, so I’m not setting a monthly goal… I’m going to try to just maintain by the end of the month. I know there will be ups & downs, but here’s hoping there are more downs than ups.

    as per Joy's opening post, some more intentionality required by me this month. last month I was working funny hours which makes tracking meals harder, but really what put me off track was not putting the effort in.

    I have some time off over Xmas/NY so things should be a bit calmer so I'll be able to be a bit more active which I definitely haven't been over the last couple of months.

    This is my last weigh-in before vacation. I leave really early tomorrow morning, so I’m not going to stress and just enjoy it. I’m sure I will be doing A LOT of walking, so hopefully my weight won’t be too high when I get back.
