  • I'm setting a maintenance goal this month. Since I spent much of October around 88.0, it will feel like progress if I can keep my weight below 87.5 for much of this month.

  • Hi Everyone! I'm trying to get back on track and get to a healthier weight. I check the scales a few times throughout the week, but my official weigh-in days are Fridays. So, I will update my weight then and pop in to chat throughout the week.

    I didn't do very well last month & ended up gaining weight. I have had a stern word with myself and am going to do better this month.

  • Here’s to a positive productive month for us all! I have to get my butt to the gym… been driving around all week with my gym bag & just haven’t gotten there… been doing a lot of walking in place while watching TV at home to get my steps in for the day. Hoping to get there after work today.
