December Exercise Challenge

  • Hi Joy.
    My exercise goal for December is to have a total of 350,000 steps on my Fitbit, go to the gym 2x per week for 40 minutes on treadmill each visit (other than when I’m away on vacation - but then I’ll get plenty of extra exercise).
  • I did not meet my November goal. I do pretty well with my brisk morning walk when I'm at home, but not when I'm out of town. And I have two family visits to do in December, so I will go with a modest goal of 600 minutes of intentional exercise.
