Thanks Joy! I ended up getting side tracked into some serious Fall Cleaning that made me realize if I was going to hurt worse today, I'd get into some upper body Strength Training. Today, I'm going to try not to do anything other than my steps. That also gives me some breathing room for the last two ST that I need to get in.
You are getting in tons of walking. Great job! Is that from the poll stuff? We actually had a couple of days where it stayed below 80, but the cooler temps are coming next week. Lows in the 50's! Love it!!!
