New work schedule has really done a number on my good intentions! Goal will be an extremely modest 600 minutes of intentional exercise, with gardening (mowing with push mower, weedwhacking, hauling gallons of water) at a half-rate.

June 01 - hauling water for garden, 30 min. = 15; 15/600
June 02 - 0
June 03 - mowing, etc, 2 hours = 60 min; 75/600
June 04 - Cardio Force dvd weighted cardio, 35 min; 115/600
June 05 - 0
June 06 - lugging water to plants, 20 min; 125/600
June 07 - mowed lawn, 60 min; 155/600
June 08 - weedwhacked, 60 min; 185/600

I went hiking today for a couple of hours. Well, no. Most of the time was spent gawking at the beautiful scenery. I'd estimate that the actual time spent hiking was only 40 minutes. To be on the safe side I'll record it as only 30. It was fun but I'm so exhausted now! Ready for bed and it's not even 10.
