  • My low this month was 133.4, but today I am 135.4, so I did not meet this month’s goal. However I want to do a fat loss challenge instead of a weight loss challenge- seeing the numbers go up and down on the scale can be frustrating but I may for April instead check if my scale’s fat percentage is going down, or that I am hitting my number of planned workouts.
  • First of all...congrats to everyone who just hit their goal!!!

    As for me, I had an impromptu road trip out with my husband yesterday to have a day out together on his three day weekend...which was a ton of fun, but unfortunately featured tons of junk food! However, I maintained my weigh-in from the day before with a weigh-in of 186.4 today. So that makes me think that there had been a loss yesterday, but I lost it with the junk food and barely any water yesterday. Leaving me with a 6.6 lb loss overall for the month. So, it was another slow month, but still some progress. See you all on the next thread!
