March has been a super-whoosh month for me. Hurray. Now just 10lb to go til maintenance!
kay Massive congrats on your new life in Onderland!!! And also on hitting your target for March. You've done really well.


However, I maintained my weigh-in from the day before with a weigh-in of 186.4 today. So that makes me think that there had been a loss yesterday, but I lost it with the junk food and barely any water yesterday. Leaving me with a 6.6 lb loss overall for the month. So, it was another slow month, but still some progress. See you all on the next thread!
