So much for the nice drop I had last week. It seems that changing my weigh in day to Friday has not helped. I am still overeating. I have to wrap my head around only eating enough to satisfy my hunger and not pay so much attention to meeting a certain calorie count. So what if MFP thinks I didn't eat enough!! LOL

We just had some really big gusts of wind go through here, and now I noticed my birdhouse fell off the pole and is laying on the ground with the opening facing down toward the ground. I really hope there were not birds in it.

Good morning everyone, I am down 2 lbs this morning although my weigh day is sundays, I am pleased. I did my workout yesterday so my goal for today is to just get my 10,000 steps in and do some planks and squats.

I am totally annoyed with how much my weight has fluctuated over the last week. I was 250.8 Wednesday and Thursday, 251.4 yesterday, and now I'm 253!? What the heck. Maybe it's TOM. I kind of lost track of when my last one was. UGH. So annoyed. At least I've been measuring my inches, and have seen a major loss from my waist and hips this past week. So excited about that! I just need to be patient with the scale, I suppose.

Hi everyone. I had a good week and lost 2.2 lbs.

clarita: congrats on your major inches lost this past week. I think you're right about having to be patient with the scale. I used to be frustrated with my plateaus but I think it is how I lose weight. I seem to have a pattern of plateauing for about 5 or 6 days and then I have a loss. It took me awhile to get used to this pattern.

stlrsgirl: congrats on your nice loss

wannabehealthy: it sounds like you may be retaining fluid. It sounds super windy where you are.

wallace thank you! I am almost back to last Saturday's low.. 1 lb. to go. How have you been doing?

carol I still struggle with that, I always feel the need to eat a little bit more than I feel satisfied with, its a learning curve for sure. Oh my, I also hope that their were no birds in the birdhouse when it fell. Also, your little bump might not have to do with what you ate last week. I had a bad week where I was on plan with my food the whole week but I still went up a couple pounds.

clarita great job staying the course, hopefully this week you will see the movement on the scale that matches the inches lost. When the scale is not moving (and I am behaving) then I am losing inches, both never happen at the same time!!

flower you had an awesome week!! My pattern is very similar to yours, its hard for me to remember that when I am in my holding pattern, but I am exciting for this week because I should have a good loss!

Great job on the losses stlrsgrl, kfunk, flower, santaclarita! Wannabehealthy, I too had a stall for a bit- it is no fun! Hopefully, things took a turn for the better after your last post. I am down another pound this week. Now I just need to stick to what's working! So much easier said than done. Great work kfunk on getting yourself back and (I am gonna assume ) then some! Good luck to everyone for the remainder of this week.

wallace Way to go riding out the stalls, you made it into a new decade, congrats!!!!

Looks like last week was my stall week and now I am in the losing week. If the trend continues I should go down a tiny bit more and then stall for another week and then drop another lb. or 2 towards the end of the month!

I was down .6 this week and made my goal for this challenge. I'm going to see if I can lose 1 to 1.4 more pounds in the remainder of this challange.

Yay Flower! Congrats on making your goal already!!! Awesome. Kfunk- what a huge drop!! Very impressive and super motivating. Stlrsgrl you lost ~8lbs in a month! That takes a lot of hard work. Way to go!

Congratulations to all of you who have been staying the course! I am on Spring Break this week and have enjoyed a too many BBQs so my weight has moved back up to 190 lbs. And, I haven't gone to gym class in a few days so I need to get back at it ASAP! Good luck to everyone and sending good vibes for the rest of the week!

stlrsgrl I agree with Wallace that 8 lbs. in a month is fantastic!! What was your goal for this part of the challenge?

wallace It will feel good getting back to the gym, you can do it!! I bet the small amount that you have gained will melt away very fast once spring break ends!!

Last night we went out to dinner and then went to a hockey game. I ended up binge eating and while I was tempted to put yesterday's weight for my weigh in, I will own up to it.

Wallace, Kfunk Thank you guys, I don't know what i was thinking, when you put it that way, I am doing well. My goal for April first was to be at or under 200lbs but I may have been thinking unrealistically. I took the past 4 days off from exercising to give my back a break, I must have pulled something and this morning I saw 209 on the scale. I just hope it stays that way for Sundays weigh in. Hubby wants to try a new restaurant Saturday so I am already looking at the menu and trying to plan healthy, the good thing is they have a lot of seafood and veggies so wish me luck. Kfunk, I know how you feel, binge eating just leads to more binge eating but you got this. When I feel like eating unhealthy, these forums help a lot, I just get on here and read how well everyone else is doing and it helps get my head right plus takes my mind off of food for a few.
