stlrsgrl I hope that your back heals soon, I have back issues from time to time and it is so painful. It is so hard to figure out goal weights for challenges, I feel like even when I go by my average I still overshoot it. I am glad to be closer each time even if I don't make it all the way. I hope you enjoy the restaurant! Great job taking a look at the menu ahead of time! I hope that your Sunday weigh in goes well. Thank you for your encouragement. I ended up reading here like you suggested and was able to eat normally yesterday and today so Tuesday was just a small setback and within the next few days I should lose what I had gained.

Kfunk Thank you, I don't think we would be normal if we didn't fall off the wagon every once in a while, glad to see your back on track.
I have been doing well on my calorie in take, I started stage 2 on NRLW but that's every other day and the day in between, I have been pretty much taking it easy. I don't really want to take any more time off from working out because even just a few days, I could tell the difference in my strength and stamina.

stlsgrl Holy crap, that was one amazing week you had there!!! Hopefully when you are recovered you will see a quick improvement regarding your strength and stamina!

Is anyone else still here? My weight is not budging. Except for Sunday, I have been on target with calories, I have been lax with my exercise and my treadmill died so trying to get a new one.
