February Exercise Challenge
 
We won't fade in February! Let's keep those exercise resolutions going strong in our shortest month.

State your exercise goal and track it throughout the month with this supportive group of fellow exercisers. We'll compile our workout goals into a list. As each goal is met during the month, it gets turned RED in celebration.

My goal for February is 1000 minutes of exercise.

February goal will be to continue with my same strength training schedule, but I'll be upping my reps. Any cardio will still be considered a bonus.

So based on the schedule my February fitness goal will be to complete 20 strength workouts.

I underestimated myself last month so for February i'm going to challenge myself. My goal for next month is 800 min exercise!

My goal for February will again be 675 min. of intentional exercise, but if snow shoveling happens instead, I count that also but at half the rate.

Feb1: 30 min Leslie Sansone walking DVD
Feb2: 20 min LS walk AM; 15 min PM
Feb3: 60 min LS walk PM
Feb6: 30 min LS walk PM
Feb8: 15 min LS walk
Feb10: 30 min LS walk
Feb12: 35 min outdoor walk
Feb24: 35 min LS walk
