Good morning everyone, nice to be back! Please count me in for this month and as always JOY thanks! : )

My goal for this month is to do a minimum of 1000 minutes. Exercise will consist of my tapes, walking and even. some strength training, etc.

I started yesterday and will post my time from then. Wishing you all a good day, I will work to post daily.

Feb. 6- 30 min. walk tape with Kimberly
Feb. 7- 45 min. walk tape with Leslie Sansone (will add if I do more later)

Feb. 01 - Leslie Sansone weighted cardio and abs; 45 min.
Feb. 02 - 40 min.shoveling; 21 min. weighted cardio, 41 min; 86.
Feb. 03 - 0
Feb. 04 - 0
Feb. 05 - 2 hours shoveling = 60 min.weighted cardio; 146 min.
Feb. 06 - 1 hour shoveling = 30 min.weighted cardio + 15 min. Leslie Sansone weighted walking; 191 min.
Feb. 07 - 2 hours shoveling = 60 min.weighted cardio, + 15 min. Leslie Sansone weighted walking; 266 min.

So far, the dratted snow has accounted for the majority of my February exercise! :devil:

Morning ladies, wishing you all a good day! : ) I am about to go do my workout now.

I still want to do my tapes when the weather gets milder as I love the lateral moves and full body movement but I am looking forward to walking outdoors as well, just love walking outdoors!
